More Details
This session equips academic advisors with essential knowledge of financial aid and MT One Stop processes that directly impact student success. Advisors will gain a clearer understanding of key financial aid policies, including Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), FAFSA timelines, verification, and common reasons for aid delays or loss. The training will also cover crucial topics such as holds, stop-outs, appeals, Academic Common Market, late registration issues, and term-specific deadlines. By the end of the session, advisors will be better prepared to proactively support students navigating these critical areas, reducing barriers to enrollment and retention.
