Would you like to help with TGIS but can’t commit all day as a Group Leader? Then Blue Crew is for you!

The "Blue Crew" are volunteers who help with logistics before, after TGIS and throughout the day.  As a "Blue Crew" volunteer, you can help us with stuffing goodie bags, set up, check in, lunch, and clean Up.

We need Blue Crew volunteers for Friday, October 18 and on the day of the conference Saturday October 19.  Volunteer shifts vary from 3 to 5 hours. 

This is a great way to contribute to a wonderful event that exposes girls to STEM interests and careers. If you are interested please complete the form below.

Which day(s) and time(s) are you available to help with Blue Crew? You are invited to serve more than one 3-hour shift - select all that apply:

(1st SHIFT) Friday 10/18 (2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.) - stuffing goody bags and setting up tables and chairs for event registration and check-in

(2nd SHIFT) Saturday 10/19 (7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.) - place signs, morning crowd control, set up tables, chairs, trash cans, ice, water, etc. for lunch serving and eating areas

(3rd SHIFT) Saturday 10/19 (10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) - set up and serve lunch (pizza, water, drink mix), manage trash in serving area, litter control, etc.

(4th SHIFT) Saturday 10/19 (1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) - event clean-up, gather/consolidate tables and chairs, return excess supplies to storage, haul away trash

Blue-Crew Volunteer must also complete the MTSU Volunteer Form.
