More Details
Join us on July 26th at 10 am for a fun-filled event at the MTSU Creamery, located at the loading dock of the Stark Agriculture Building (651 Founders Lane).
Limited to just 15 participants, this dairy tour offers a behind-the-scenes look into the heart of MTSU's School of Agriculture.
At the MTSU Creamery, students engage in hands-on learning, participating in every stage of dairy production. Starting from MTSU's own dairy farm, students deliver milk to the creamery, where it undergoes meticulous lab testing, pasteurization, and homogenization. The final products are packaged in various sizes—from 5-gallon bags for campus dining halls to pints, half-gallons, and gallons for off-campus vendors.
This fun event on July 26th promises an insightful experience for anyone interested. Don't miss your chance to explore the journey of milk from farm to table with us and hopefully try a delicious sample!
