You’ve taken the first step in joining the Blue Raider family. View the appropriate checklist below to complete other things necessary for the enrollment process at MTSU.

Freshman Student Checklist

• Submit final transcript after graduation
• Create your Password by following instructions provided.
• Use your newly created password to access your PipelineMT and MTSU Email Account
• Submit proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the US
• Submit proof of immunization to Health Services
• Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships
  • Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid  (FAFSA)
• Complete placement testing (if applicable)
• Apply for Housing
• Register for CUSTOMS freshman orientation (registration opens at the beginning of March)
• Pay fees and confirm class schedule
• Pick up your parking pass
• Get your Blue ID

Transfer Student Checklist

• Submit final college transcripts upon completion of coursework at previous institution
• Create your Password by clicking on “Password Recovery Tool” and following instructions provided.
• Use your newly created password to access your PipelineMT and MTSU Email Account
• Submit proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the US
• Submit proof of immunization to Health Services
• Complete placement testing (if applicable)
• Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships
  • Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid  (FAFSA)
• Apply for Housing
• Review Transfer Credit Evaluation in Pipeline MT
• Register for Transfer CUSTOMS
• Pay fees and confirm class schedule
• Pick up your parking pass
• Get your Blue ID

Re-Enrolling Student Checklist

• Submit final college transcripts upon completion of coursework at previous institution (if applicable)
• Create your Password by clicking on “Password Recovery Tool” and following instructions provided.
• Use your newly created password to access your PipelineMT and MTSU Email Account
• Submit proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the US
• Submit proof of immunization (if not previously a full-time student) to Health Services
• Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships
  • Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid  (FAFSA)
• Apply for Housing
• Register for classes, no advising required
• Pay fees and confirm class schedule
• Pick up your parking pass
• Get your Blue ID

Transient Student Checklist

• Create your Password by clicking on “Password Recovery Tool” and following instructions provided.
• Use your newly created password to access your PipelineMT and MTSU Email Account
• Submit proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the US
• Submit proof of immunization if planning to enroll as a full-time student to Health Services
• Check with home institution regarding eligibility for Financial Aid / Consortium Agreement
• Apply for Housing (if applicable)
• Register for classes; contact the MT One Stop at [email protected] with registration issues
• Pay fees and confirm class schedule
• Pick up your parking pass
• Get your Blue ID
