Megan builds and implements AI solutions to solve real business problems. She leverages her experience in developing, maintaining, and governing modeling systems to coach teams of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver on the promise of AI for her clients. Megan blazes a trail within organizations to create value from their models, setting up patterns for internal teams to follow for continued success of AI solutions. She enjoys all aspects of building AI systems - including hiring and building teams, consulting on business problems, coding new models, developing deployment strategies, and building audit and oversight functions.

Megan graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a degree in Mathematics and Economics, but her prowess in modeling began at Creighton University where she published her first research and completed her M.B.A. She further developed these skills at Columbia University, where she completed her Master’s Degree in Economics, and by attaining her Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries.
